Full-Time/Part-Time OB/GYN Hospitalist Position

The opportunity EA Health is building dedicated OB/GYN hospitalist teams at two acute care hospitals in San Diego County, one in East County and one in North County. Both programs launch in fall 2026, and we are assembling the founding physician groups now. These are true laborist roles. You cover in-house, you go home when the shift ends, and you carry no outpatient practice, no overhead, and no home call. Pay is a flat per-shift fee with no wRVU targets and no productivity formula.
