AdventHealth Tampa is seeking eight (8) full-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our expanding Women’s Health team. These positions are core faculty roles within the AdventHealth Tampa OB/GYN Residency Program, supporting resident education, clinical training, and academic development.

You will join a cohesive group that currently includes three experienced OB Hospitalists, along with a strong network of Generalist OB/GYNs, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, and MIGS surgeons. As part of our tertiary care center—with high-volume labor & delivery and a Level III NICU—you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of OB/GYN physicians.

Position Highlights

• Faculty appointment within the OB/GYN Residency Program
• Engage in resident education, bedside teaching, simulation training, and curriculum development
• 8 new full-time roles joining an established hospitalist team
• Strong collaboration with:
  • Generalist OB/GYNs
  • Board-certified MFMs
  • MIGS surgeons
  • Neonatal services
• Block scheduling promoting work-life balance- 12 or 24 hours shifts
• High-acuity obstetric environment with a high-volume L&D unit and Level III NICU

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience in high-acuity obstetrics preferred
• Previous teaching or academic experience desirable, but not required
• Eligible for Florida medical license
• Strong commitment to resident education and evidence-based, team-centered care
