OB Hospitalist Opportunities – Multiple Locations in Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex

Medical City Healthcare is seeking board-certified OB/GYN physicians to join our high-performing OB Hospitalist teams across multiple hospitals in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. • Full-time OB Hospitalist:
  • Medical City Arlington
  • Medical City Plano
  • Medical City Children’s Hospital (Dallas)
  • Medical City Las Colinas
• Leadership Opportunity:
  • Site Medical Director – Medical City Plano
  • The incoming physician will be leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals

Qualified Candidates:

• 24-hour shifts
• No on-call duties
• Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
• Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
• OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times for continuous patient care and team collaboration at Arlington and Dallas
• First assist available to support both OB Hospitalists and private physicians
• Reliable, available back-up call system
• OB Hospitalists support OB coverage, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and partner with private MD emergencies
• Supported by experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
